If you have unused culture vouchers, you can use them as money to buy a gift card. The card is valid for six months after the day of purchase.
This is how you do it:
- Open the culture voucher’s application and search for Escape Room Helsinki, Fabianinkatu or Fredrikinkatu
- Make the payment and take a screen print of the receipt.
- Send the screen print to us at contact@escaperoom.fi.
Once we get your screen print, we’ll send you a gift coupon in the return mail. The coupon can then be used to make reservations via the online booking calendar, allowing you to get the online booking discount.
We will charge 10 € to process your order.
For example:
You send us a payment of 80 €. We give you a voucher of 70 €, with which you can book a game that would normally cost 80 €. The bigger the amount of players, the bigger the gain for you. A booking for 6 players that normally costs 160 € will cost you only 130 € , using you voucher.
If the sum you send is bigger than the price of one game, you can use the remaining amount for another booking. It is also possible to pay a part of the booking with the voucher and the rest with another coupon or a card.
The coupon is valid for 6 months from the moment you get the return email.
Please note that the coupon code cannot be used as payment at the venue.
Also note that to use the Christmas gift coupon offer, you’ll first need to buy a code as described, with which you then can proceed to buy your Christmas coupon.
